Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over $35. Shipping costs for orders under $35 are calculated at checkout.
Most items in our shop are ready to ship — they are already made and waiting for you. Custom items will note any additional lead time in the product description.
We ship from Minneapolis, MN via USPS.
We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. These vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email.

Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to Minnesota as required by law. The applicable rate will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and made with care — please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt and we will make it right. Include a photo of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

We love creating custom pieces. If a product in our shop is available as a custom order, details will be noted in the product description.
